Healing Hall is a modern apothecary brand rooted in traditional Chinese herbal wellness. We source, trace, and test every ingredient we use. Each ingredient is presented plainly, so the tradition behind each formula is matched by verified quality behind the label.
What's the philosophy behind the brand?
Herbal wellness has been passed down for generations because it works. Our role is to carry that forward with the same rigor and transparency people expect from any product they put in their body today.
Are your products based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)?
Yes. Our formulas draw on ingredients and combinations used in TCM for generations. We're not a licensed TCM clinic and don't diagnose or treat conditions; we make traditional wellness ingredients accessible, sourced responsibly, and independently tested.

Where do your ingredients come from?
Each herb is sourced from its traditional growing region. Our Ingredients page lists the origin, traditional use, and Chinese name for every herb in the formula, so you can see exactly what you're taking and where it came from.
How do you make sure your herbs are safe?
Every ingredient is independently tested for heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, and mercury) against Singapore's HSA limits. Results are published per-batch, with the test method, batch code, and report date.
Can I see the actual lab results?

How do I place an order?

How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping across Singapore, with next-day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. You may order ahead as well, just let us know when.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we ship within Singapore only. We're exploring international shipping as we grow. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your kit enters preparation, we're unable to make changes.
How should I store and prepare the herbs?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in the original packaging.

What is the 28-Day Postpartum Program?
A structured herbal support program built on the traditional confinement period (“zuo yuezi”), designed to help new mothers recover, rebuild strength, and support lactation in the first month after birth. 28 unique soups for each day, tailored to each stage of the postpartum recovery process.
When should I start it, and how is it structured?
Most mothers begin within the first few days after delivery, continuing daily through the 28-day period.
What if I miss a day?
Simply continue from where you left off the next day. There's no need to double up or skip ahead.
Is it safe to use while breastfeeding or on medication?
Our ingredients are traditionally used during confinement and lactation, and every batch is tested for heavy metals against HSA limits. That said, we always recommend checking with your doctor or confinement nanny before starting, especially if you're on medication, had a complicated delivery, or have a medical condition.
Is it easy to prepare?
Each day has a unique pre-packed herbal formulation that is ready to go. After rinsing the herbs, add 2L of water and bring to boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for an hour. Strain and enjoy warm!
